providing marketing information – pursuant to art. 6.1(f) GDPR.

The period for which personal data will be stored is/strong>
In the case of placing an order, for tax purposes, personal data will be processed for 5 years from the end of the tax year in which the last invoice was issued.

Voluntary, but necessary for the performance of the contract. When an invoice is issued, the data is processed on the basis of legal requirements.
 

Failure to provide data will have the following consequences:

  1. no possibility to execute the order,
  2. no possibility to issue an invoice.
