We are proud of our over 27-year history. At the same time, we are constantly and incessantly looking into the future – we are constantly, dynamically, even by leaps and bounds. Following the increase in market share and the multiplication of sales, we made investments – both in human resources (increase in employment, opening new branches, specialist employee training) and in facilities (purchase of land, construction of large-area hardened storage yards, a modern office building, etc.). 1995
Establishment of INS-EL Spółka Cywilna. The company is a distributor, operates in the electrotechnical industry and sells electrical products on the local market. The activity is conducted in rented buildings: office and warehouse buildings in Łódź at Pojezierska 95.
1999
Moving the company to a new building at Św. Teresy 56/58, the so-called “Okrąglak” – the grounds of the START sports club.
2005
Joining the EL-MEGA purchasing group – associating 16 entities operating in the electrotechnical industry in the country.
2007
Change of location again to Pojezierska 95. INS-EL Sp.J. buys real estate rented so far: a warehouse building with a hall and administrative buildings. The company specializes in the supply of products for the professional power industry: cables, transformers, container stations, poles, etc. At the same time, INS-EL develops and offers products of leading brands on the Polish market , to me. from the group of equipment, lighting, fittings necessary for the implementation of all investments.
2008-2011
The company is developing dynamically and opens new branches and sales offices throughout Poland: Warsaw, Kraków, Wrocław, Łowicz, Zduńska Wola, Gdańsk, Szczecin, Lublin, Ostrów Wielkopolski, Katowice, Bielsko-Biała.
2011
INS-EL decides to leave the EL-MEGA purchasing group. The decision was made as a result of adopting a new development strategy for the entire organization.

Thinking about further expansion, the company purchases a perfectly located property with great potential – in Łódź at Brzezińska 4 with an area of over 5 ha, developed with an office and warehouse building with a usable area of approximately 3000 m2. Modernizes and adapts the property to the purposes of the conducted activity.
2011-2015
Opening of new branches in Rzeszów and Krosno.
2015
Transfer of INS-EL Spółka Jawna in the scope of commercial activities to the newly established company INS-EL Sp. z o. o. Spółka Komandytowa.
2017-2018
Opening new branches in Olsztyn, Radom and Białystok.

Putting into use a modern building in which the current headquarters of the company is located. Today, the INS-EL headquarters is an office and warehouse building as well as extensive paved areas for the storage of cables and bulky goods.
2018
Rebranding. Creation of the new INSELL logo. Registration at the Office-Harmonization in the Internal Market. The new logo is a response to the current and future challenges faced by the organization.

Putting into operation a free-standing photovoltaic installation with a total power of 40kW and starting the active use of solar energy.
2019
Further dynamic development of sales. A definite entry into the RES market, i.e. renewable energy sources. Extending the assortment offer with components related to photovoltaics. The PV offer includes a complete product range for the following segments: RESIDENTIAL (micro-installations), COMMERCIAL (industrial installations), UTILITY-SCALE (photovoltaic farms). Establishing cooperation with the world’s largest producer of photovoltaic modules Jinko Solar – we become an Authorized Distributor of products in Poland.
