The Administrator processes your personal data in connection with the legitimate interest pursued by the Administrator, which consists in:
providing marketing information – pursuant to art. 6.1(f) GDPR.

  4. in the case of orders from outside the EU, personal data will be processed by courier companies (companies) ensuring the implementation of the order, in particular in the country of the recipient of the order.

The period for which personal data will be stored is/strong>
In the case of placing an order, for tax purposes, personal data will be processed for 5 years from the end of the tax year in which the last invoice was issued.

Voluntary, but necessary for the performance of the contract. When an invoice is issued, the data is processed on the basis of legal requirements.
 

Failure to provide data will have the following consequences:

  1. no possibility to execute the order,
  2. no possibility to issue an invoice.
